Shipping

We aim to dispatch most orders same working day, if the order is received before 2pm. Any orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed and dispatched until Monday, with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays. 

The majority of items will be sent via next day courier where possible, some locations such as the Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands may take longer. We are able to ship items under 1metre to all UK addresses, unfortunately we are unable to deliver items over 1metre to non Mainland UK addresses. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, we monitor and check our deliveries regularly, however sometimes delivery times may be longer than expected due to severe weather conditions, coronavirus restrictions, or courier related issues. All items within the delivery must be checked for damages within 48 hours of receipt by courier, we are unable to accept any liability for damages after this time period.

Returns 

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, (you must notify us within 14 days from delivery date if you are returning an item, you then have 14 days after this period for us to receive the return (28 days max return period)) .
• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in good saleable condition with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt (via your original payment method), excluding all delivery charges.
• Please note:
  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
  4.  Items that are made/cut to order including roof lanterns, glass sheets, polycarbonate sheets ect are non returnable and are not eligible for a refund
